It was cheaper, fresher, and more pristine, complete with a plastic lens cap, a carrying case, and a film roll I didn’t know was already loaded into the thing until I opened it, which re-sets the counter automatically. Oi . . . but nonetheless it is a gorgeous machine. The older and slightly more expensive one ($225) I picked up from Kajiji.ca is getting repaired before re-selling it or sending it to one of the shops downtown.
